Double Time

Today was another 15 minute jump rope workout, except at the end I decided to attempt some double unders. For those who don’t know what a double-under is, essentially you jump once and the rope passes under your feet twice. It’s definitely not an easy maneuver (especially trying them back to back), and I definitely recommend shin guards for your first few attempts. No laughing necessary–just try it a few times and you’ll see what I mean. I somehow managed to do 3 in a row…but it may very well have been by sheer luck 😛
