Today was my first official workout since last week…and it felt good! It was only 15 minutes of jump roping, but it was well needed. With all the food I’ve been exposed to for the last 3 days (and, of course, all the food I actually ate), I couldn’t wait to get another workout in.
Hopefully after this week I’ll have a better fitness routine worked out and more workouts to post. I may even be so brave as to start posting body stats and progress–but we’ll have to see how well that progress is coming along 🙂
