I finally got another good workout in today. I somehow managed to sleep a little better last night (even though I still woke up a few times). But, today I did 15 minutes worth of jump roping and 30 minutes of running on the tredmill. It….felt…..good. And it just so happens that my apple wine is finally ready, so I’m sort of….treating myself to some of it right now 🙂 (I’ll be posting pictures later of all the cool wine making equipment I got for Christmas).

I’m ashamed to say that I haven’t really eaten much yet today, but I haven’t been hungry for whatever reason. But, at least I got a hardcore workout in–I definitely pushed myself with the jump rope workout and really got my heart rate up, and the run felt solid as well. Let’s hope for another good one tomorrow!
